These are the goodies I received from TLA. Many of these are from signings that the publisher gave out free.
I am SO EXCITED about these books, especially these next three, because they're FANTASY! Harper and Harper Teen spoiled me with these three upcoming releases. After talking to the reps at the Harper booth at TLA about these three books, I am so anxious to dive right into them. So much so, that I'm tempted to but a few upcoming reads I need to read for upcoming tours aside. I know, sorry, that's bad to admit that. I'm that excited about these titles.

Weekly Recap
This past week was INSANE! I spent 3 full days setting up for the Scholastic Book Fair at my kids's school. I'm the chair person for the fair, and love this time of year, but next time I'm not sure I can survive another week of book fair, along with 3 author signings, TLA, my daughter's surgery and a family Easter get together. Have I mentioned how much I love Sundays!?! It's the only day this past week I get to relax with my family and do nothing.... I'm even too exhausted to read. *gasp*
Monday - Wednesday consisted of setting up for the Scholastic Book Fair (teach preview, feeding the teachers and a student preview). That Tuesday was a signing for A. G. Howard and Brandon Mull. Some how I managed to make it to both signing to see them.
My kids loved seeing Brandon Mull again. He's so great with the kids. The Book Spot in Round Rock has signed Unhinged by A.G. Howard and Book People has signed stock of Brandon Mull books.
The Dreams of Gods & Monsters tour stopped by Austin, TX!
I was so thrilled to be able to sit down with Margaret Stohl and Laini Taylor to interview them. Thank you Little Brown! My interview and giveaway will be up on the blog later this week.
Myself with Margaret Stohl & Laini Taylor
I seriously love these two!
TLA - Texas Library Association was in San Antonio this year. It was awesome! Though it ran for most of the week, the only day I could get down there was on Thursday. I took my son, and a friend of mine. We all had a blast. Loved seeing author friends, which I sadly didn't get any pics of. I loved seeing blogger friends and meeting publicists I've worked with for awhile now. The priceless moment for me was my son getting to meet one of his favorite authors:
Tom Angelberger
Kirsten and Jim having a little fun while signing books.
I seriously loved seeing so many authors I've not seen in awhile. David Levithan, Shannon Hale, Maggie Stiefvater, Kiersten White, Jenny Han, Tom Angelberger, Mari Mancusi, Elizabeth Eulberg and Laini Taylor.
Loved meeting Jessica Day George, Erin Soderberg and Jim De Bartolo.
Check out how beautiful the San Antonio River Walk is, which is located by the convention center. It was so beautiful out.
Thank you for stopping by! I would love to know what you got this week. Please leave me a link to your post so I can come check it out.
Holly's new booooooook! YAY!
